Differences between B2B and B2C:

B2B Marketing:

  1. B2B Client MUST buy
  2. Buyers must solve an existing problem
  3. We need to generate a response now!
  4. and to help them take informed decisions
  5. It’s a targeted and educated audience

B2C Marketing:

  1. B2C Client needs to be motivated
  2. Consumers have no problems, just emotions
  3. We need to be memorable on the long term
  4. and to create an image, build awareness
  5. It’s mass selling

This is the reason why B2B marketing is closer to "Direct Marketing" and B2C is closer to "Social Marketing"
