Everything started on 1st July 2009.

I was out of the doors of General Electric, after a 12 years career ended up in my firing.

I had helped GE deliver some of the largest O&G projects, change the way it manages its Projects' risks, build the first market model capable to predict 2009 Crisis 2 years in advance. This last was too much. I was not believed. And when it happen, nobody wanted to meet the Kassandra.

I was fired, and that was the best it could happen.

My former managers outside GE started asking my help; the first italian "startuppers" were sent to me to help build their businesses. I started coaching Business Owners and Entrepreuners and take a deep dive in the most advanced ideas disrupting the World: from Lean Startup to Disruptive Innovation; from Digital marketing to Complex sales; from TRIZ and Agile to DataScience and IoT...

Who we are:

Flavio Tosi is an expert in high-tech B2B commercialization and transformation management.
His ideas and methodologies on "innovation go to market" are used by a growing network of international practitioners to innovate products, processes and commercial strategies in industrial sectors like Aerospace, Power Generation, Oil & Gas and Automation.
Flavio is part of the accelerator InnoVits, backed by Politecnico di Milano and collaborates with Pisa University Department of Computer Science in their PhD course on entrepreneurship.
A former General Electric Manager, where he was responsible for the go to market strategy and the New Product Introduction business cases targeting the Oil & Gas industry, Flavio holds a MSc in Aer. Eng. from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from SDA Bocconi University, is a General Electric certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Microsoft Certified Professional Data Scientist and seasoned Project Manager.
